The Planit Pod
Years of patented development and the world-class expertise of Waring now culminate in simple, turnkey operation. The Planit Pod ferments and pasteurizes up to 8 lbs of fresh, customizable foods within 24 hours. The Planit Pod will also be available in rolling racks of up to four units.

Our system utilizes proprietary fermentation cultures that have been optimized for consistency and maximized growth in the Planit Pod. Organic, protected, and made for scale, our quality cultures play a vital role in providing digestive health benefits and eliminating binding agents and fillers found in most foods.
Trust, consistency, and system-specific formulation are hallmarks of our cultures. In addition to a foundational Rhizopus oligosporus starter, we also offer a flexible, universal koji culture. More cultures are in development to broaden the system’s fermentation repertoire.
