Roasted Chickpea Tempeh Kit

Our organic Roasted Chickpeas (split and dehulled) make a delicious, protein-rich tempeh! Includes 26oz of beans and 15g (perfect for this portion of beans) of our organic Rhizopus Oligosporus tempeh Starter Culture. Just simmer the chickpeas for 45 minutes, rinse, dry and add the provided Starter and GO with your favorite tempeh method! Makes about 6LBs of delicious tempeh.
